To get into your apartment you’ll need to complete the following:

• Lease is signed, with all guarantor forms submitted and banking information (if applicable)
• Your deposit and/or first month’s rent has been paid (no deposit in Quebec, only first month’s rent).
• Tenants’ Insurance has been set up for each tenant in the building
