PALAY can accommodate up to 279 students, allowing them to make the most of their time at university and in Montreal. Located near McGill, Concordia, and UQAM universities, Palay offers students intelligently designed, functional, and fully furnished spaces.
Interesting fact: Palay is the very first skyscraper to have been built without a crane in the city center.
OUR APARTMENTS
PALAY offers 3 and 4 bedroom apartments. Each fully furnished apartment features high-quality, custom-made furniture specifically designed for student living. This allows us to reduce waste at the end of leases, as many students leave their old furniture on the sidewalk, where it often ends up in landfills.
Each apartment also has built-in storage space, a kitchen equipped with 5 new, energy-efficient stainless steel appliances, a desk area in each bedroom, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, and a laundry room in the building.
OUR COMMON AREAS
Being a student can sometimes be difficult and overwhelming; we understand that students need support, and our mission is to provide them with resources that foster exploration, community, and safety. PALAY Residence boasts a dedicated common study room, a gym, a cinema room, and an outdoor oasis.
