Andrew (he/him) is the Leasing Manager for University Apartments. He is passionate about solving problems and making complex issues simple, so building the leasing process has been a dream job for him! Andrew was born and raised in Toronto before moving to Ottawa to study politics at Carleton University. While there, he managed the home he lived in and found an interest in Real Estate Investment. After a few years consulting other Real Estate investors, building a Property Management business, and becoming a Real Estate Agent, Andrew joined our team to build our leasing division.
MY BACKGROUND
Andrew started investing in Real Estate nearly a decade ago, before leaving his career in the finance and tech space to help Real Estate teams modernize their workflows. With his data-driven approach to problems and insatiable curiosity, Andrew is known to lean on statistics to answer all questions his clients ask… and some they don’t. He has developed automation software to eliminate human error in QA at RBC, helped hospitals and municipalities in Virginia upgrade their networks, and has been involved in multiple FinTech startups from Ottawa to Toronto.

When he’s not filling up his whiteboards during a brainstorming session, Andrew can usually be found running outside, rock climbing, or building robots nobody wants or needs.
