All guarantors are required to earn a minimum yearly salary of $40,000. An employment verification or a credit check may be required.

Yes, you can assign your lease to another student if you can no longer stay in your lease. This may be subject to a lease assignment fee, and the incoming tenant will need to complete the application process before moving in.

We rent our units out to students at a college or university within 20km of the building, since each unit has been designed and built to address the day-to-day realities of student life.

Our goal is to cater to students specifically. However it is not mandatory that you be a student in order to rent a unit at LeMILDORÉ, but rather preferred.

All you have to do is fill out an application form and one of our agents will get in touch with you as soon as possible.

Yes, each tenant in the unit is required to carry their own tenant’s insurance for their own belongings.

Rent can be paid as an automatic autopay payment each month, or as a regular payment all through our secure payment and management system, Buildium!

We manage all maintenance requests through our efficient property management software, Buildium, that connects you right to the property management team!

You are able to download the app (iOS or Android), submit photos, and even text the management team directly through this platform.
