Westerland's three six-storey apartment building will contain 200 units and will house over 700 students. Offering them both the convenience of living across the street from MUN's campus and the independence that comes with living in you very own apartment. Students will be able to ease into living in our purpose-built, thoughtfully designed, fully-furnished spaces, while still having all the benefits of living in res like being surrounded by other students and practically living on campus.

OUR UNITS

Our apartments come fully-furnished. We custom-built and rigorously test all our furnishings to ensure their quality and ability to withstand the test of time, and the tumultuous nature of student living.

Providing students with fully-furnished units is just one of our sustainability initiatives: by offering students high-quality furniture that’s made to last, we’re able to reduce the amount of low-quality furniture (which is what’s usually within the student-budget) that inevitably ends up in landfills.

Our goal is to cultivate a comfortable, safe, reliable, and convenient environment for students that truly feels like home, and that allows them to make the most of their university experience.
